Designed to promote Ecuadorian food diversity and quality, we constantly mix products from all regions of the country, and show extraordinary ways to combine the flavors of this delicious ingredients.
Our restaurant promotes direct trade with farmers, ecological farming systems and a new cooking trend. The richness of The Food Studio’s kitchen comes from the recognition of seasonality and direct trade with farmers for preparing our daily menus.
Trough delicate and balanced meals, we invite vegan, vegetarian and meat lovers to learn about Ecuadorian biodiversity. We offer diverse, colorful, creative and tasty meals, respecting product availability and freshness. We work side by side with local farmers to offer our customers a different menu every day.
We run this business as a family matter. Mauricio is a profesional cook and me, Claudia, an agroecology lover. As a couple, since young we travel Ecuadorian roads searching for new flavors, learning about food systems, rural reality and small farming.
